A relaxing organic face and body oil with a delicious blend of aromatherapy oils and nourishing carrier oils to calm, soothe and rejuvenate!

This gorgeous, relaxing face and body oil blends nourishing base oils with beautifully scented essential oils to help soothe and calm. Use as a rejuvenating face oil and luscious body oil. Enjoy for massage or swished into a warm bath to ease aching muscles and help with sleep and relaxation. Rub a couple of drops into your wrists and inhale when you need a moment of calm. Our pump cap makes dispensing easy.


Massage – To give or receive a calming massage, warm Relax Oil in your hands then massage up the back in long, slow strokes with the palms of the hands. Sweep around the shoulders and stroke back down the sides. Facing across your partner’s body, massage in a figure of eight on the upper and lower back with one hand on top of the other. To finish, stroke down the centre of the back, one hand after the other, in a flowing motion. Make each stroke lighter than the one before.

Nutrition – Here’s how to eat for a better night’s sleep.

A carbohydrate rich dinner using wholegrains can increase the production of serotonin a calming neurotransmitter. To further boost your serotonin levels add nuts, seeds, legumes, soya products, poultry, dairy products, tuna or bananas to your diet as they are rich in tryptophan, an amino acid used in its production. Depending on your food preferences give these food combinations a try: nut butter and banana sandwich, banana and yoghurt or soya/oat milk smoothie, chicken salad on whole wheat bread, prawn and egg fried brown rice, wholemeal pitta bread and humus.

Being well hydrated is important for a good night’s sleep but to avoid increasing night time trips to the loo, try to get more of your water quota earlier in the day.

In addition to the above avoid caffeine or limit and consume earlier in the day.
